After the snow melts away and everything starts growing again, it’s time to get ready for Spring and Summer. I’ve always been amazed at how much better the brick looks once the dirt and buildup from the winter months are removed.
To bring the brick back to a cleaner appearance, I used a pressure washer to thoroughly clean the surface. The difference was noticeable, and it was rewarding to see how much better the space looked with a relatively simple improvement.
To further reduce maintenance, I added outdoor carpet to help prevent vegetation from growing back in the area. This created a simple barrier that reduced the amount of time needed for weeding and general upkeep.
The result is a cleaner, more finished outdoor space that requires far less maintenance—giving me more time to enjoy it and less time spent working to keep it that way.
