This project involved a comprehensive exterior refurbishment and restoration, including landscaping, grading, metalwork, concrete, and masonry improvements.
Overgrown trees, shrubs, and vegetation were removed from around the basement and foundation area after becoming established too close to the structure. The surrounding soil was then regraded to direct drainage away from the home, finished with landscape edging, and covered with fresh mulch.
The existing exterior metal railing had accumulated multiple layers of paint and was abrasively sandblasted to remove the existing coatings. The railing was then refinished and painted to the customer’s specified color and finish.
The concrete porch was mechanically prepared, sanded, cleaned, and refinished, while the exposed basement-level brick was cleaned and prepared before receiving a new finish.
